Community Guidelines
Standards for our community of members and operators.
1. Respect & Professionalism
Treat all Duckbill team members, operators, and fellow users with courtesy and respect. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing language or behavior will not be tolerated in any interactions — including chat, calls, emails, or any other communication channel.
2. Member Outcomes
Duckbill exists to help you get things done. We are committed to delivering clear, measurable outcomes for every task. Members should provide accurate information and reasonable expectations so our operators can deliver the best possible results.
3. Integrity
Do not use Duckbill to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities. This includes but is not limited to: impersonation, fraud, harassment of third parties, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Members must provide truthful information when submitting tasks.
4. Scope of Service
Duckbill handles real-world execution tasks — phone calls, scheduling, vendor coordination, research, and administrative work. We reserve the right to decline tasks that fall outside our scope of service, pose safety risks, or require specialized professional licensing (legal advice, medical decisions, financial planning, etc.).
5. Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information shared with Duckbill for task execution will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Members should only share information necessary to complete their requested tasks. Do not share sensitive credentials (passwords, PINs, SSNs) unless absolutely required and through our secure channels.
6. Violations
Violations of these community guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your Duckbill account, at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any violations and provide an opportunity to correct behavior before account termination, except in cases of severe or illegal conduct.
7. Independent Contractor Relationship
Duckbill operators are independent contractors, not employees of Duckbill or its members. Members should not direct operators in a manner inconsistent with an independent contractor relationship. Operators exercise independent judgment in how they complete tasks within the parameters you provide.
8. Acknowledgment
By using Duckbill, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Community Guidelines. These guidelines may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
