We use the information you provide to enable independent contractor Doers to perform the Services you have requested through the Duckbill Platform.

We also use your information to personalize your experience, communicate with you about your requests, and provide information relevant to your needs and interests.

How we share the information

We disclose your personal information to independent contractor Doers as needed for them to perform the Services you have requested. Doers are contractually required to comply with confidentiality and data protection obligations when handling Member information.

While Doers provide services as independent contractors and not as employees of Duckbill, Duckbill requires Doers to adhere to applicable privacy and security standards when accessing or processing personal information in connection with a Service Request.

We may also share information within our affiliated entities, with business partners and service providers that help us operate the Platform, and when we believe disclosure is required or necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

How we protect the information

We rely on industry standard data technology and protection mechanisms to ensure the safety and security of your data and require that those who may also handle it do the same.
